If you find a 3-phase Zappi only charging in a single phase most common of all it's due to an error on installation.
Zappi’s terminals blocks are not as you would expect and do require the installer to review them prior to inserting the feeds.
Our board does not go L1 L2 L3, in fact, we go L3 L2 L1 as the mainboard is shared across devices.
Below is an example of our Single phase Zappi (2H07) and our Three Phase Zappi (2H22).
The most common fix is to swap L3 and L1 around in the terminal block to allow Zappi to see a true Three Phase Rotation.
